Bill is proprietor of the Hook, Line and Sinker bait and tackle shop. With many years of chartering from St. Augustine, Bill has been an innovator in fishing plastic lures, down rigger fishing and the construction of artificial reefs.
Bill is an award winning fisherman - winning many tournaments in Northeast Florida.
