Capt.Don Moseley, skipper and owner of DULCINEA, is a 15-year sailing veteran of Greek, Turkish, South Pacific and Californian waters, a US Coast Guard 100-ton Licensed Captain, delivery captain and certified marine surveyor, ASA-certified sailing and navigating instructor, certified SCUBA diver and Licensed Professional Engineer (past life).
He loves and respects the sea and enjoys helping others share the pleasures and challenges of the sea.
